Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

We love these cookies, and so does everyone else.  Yes, they are pretty nutritious  They are also still cookies, and are chewy and sweet the way cookies should be.  They are packed with three varieties of oats:  oatmeal, oat flour, oat bran.  They have dark chocolate and cacao nibs for crunch.  Maybe we shouldn't over-explain these.  They are just good and satisfying.  We eat more of these than we eel comfortable declaring.
